Your path to finding the buildings that fit your lifestyle!
With over 50 mid- and high-rise buildings, Humber Bay Shores has evolved into one of Toronto’s most desirable waterfront communities. From timeless luxury to modern towers and loft-style living, there’s a building here for every stage of life and lifestyle preference.
But choosing a condo is about more than just the unit itself. The building’s character, amenities, demographics, and even its pet policies, can make a big difference in how well it suits your day-to-day life.
Let’s break it down together.
Where Exactly is Humber Bay Shores?
The Humber Bay Shores community spans from:
South: Lake Shore Boulevard West/Marine Parade Drive
North: Gardiner Expressway West
East: Humber River (or the Humber Bay Arch Bridge)
West: Louisa Street (just west of Humber Bay Park Road West)
To help you navigate this diverse neighbourhood, I’ve grouped the condos into five clusters based on location, age, lifestyle vibe, and price-per-square-foot benchmarks.
The Five Building Groups:

Marine Parade East – classic charm with modern comforts, $$$
Marine Parade West – contemporary living with urban flair, $$$$$
